Delivery charges

1. Delivery charge is for all products purchased in an order and not for each item

2. Delivery charge for Prepaid Orders:

With in Tamil Nadu - Rs.65 , Other States - Rs.75

Delivery charge for COD Orders:

With in Tamil Nadu - Rs.120 , Other States - Rs.150

3. Current Delivery charge is applicable only till weight of 500gms.
4. If Customers order weights is more than 500 grams , additional charges will be collected from the customers through whatsapp.
5. Incase Customers refuse to pay additoinal charges , Linga jewellery has right to cancel the order and refund the amount to the Customer

For Prepaid Orders: With in 2 following working days from the date of order

For Prepaid Orders: With in 3 following working days from the date of order

Chennai - 2 working days ( Totally 4 working days including dispatch timings)

Tamil nadu - 3 working days ( Totally 5 working days including dispatch timings)

Southern States - 5 working days ( Totally 7 working days including dispatch timings)

Northern States - 7 working days ( Totally 9 working days including dispatch timings)

COD Orders:

Chennai - 2 working days ( Totally 5 working days including dispatch timings)

Tamil nadu - 3 working days ( Totally 6 working days including dispatch timings)

Southern States - 5 working days ( Totally 8 working days including dispatch timings)

Northern States - 7 working days ( Totally 10 working days including dispatch timings)

CHENNAI CUSTOMERS CAN ORDER THROUGH DUNZO

Customers from Chennai can order through Dunzo by Paying Dunzo charges and get the parcel on the same day.

Dunzo charges is based on distance from Perambur to your location ( Charges will be based on kilometers) . 

Customers first need to pay through Prepaid order , then should connect with us on Whatsapp. Any difference between Prepaid Courier charge and the Dunzo charge should be paid additionally by the customer.

Customers can check the dunzo charge from Perambur before proceeding with the Dunzo order.

Other delivery related points:
Customers who need export option can connect with us on whatsapp as only orders with in India only taken through website
Once the order is done , Customers will be getting order id and once the order is shipped customers will get tracking id to their mobile numbers through SMS.
Tracking id will be shared on the following day of dispatch
If the following day after the date of order is a Public holiday or Sunday, then the dispatch will be done will be done on the immeidate working day
Tamilnadu orders are shipped through ST Courier and Other State orders are shipped through DTDC. We don’t deliver through Other Courier agencies
Delivery charge is arrived based on the shipping charge levied by courier agency + Courier charge + Courier Charge GST + Product cost GST + Plastic box + Bubble wrap + Courier Cover + Payment gateway charge

 Even if the customer is from Perambur location , delivery can be made only through Dunzo and no direct visit is allowed
