Return Policy
1. There is no return Option in our page strictly.
2. Only Transit damage is accepted that too OPENING VIDEO IS MUST. Customers who didnt take Opening video, return will not be taken.
3. Any transit damges customers can connect with us on whatsapp to return the product. Whatsapp replies will be based on staff availability but will be responded in 24 hours
4. Post verification of Opening video , Only when we are satisfied that the damage happened during the transit we can proceed for return and refund
4. Incase if there is a product mismatch / transit damage , Customers needs to intimate the issue through whatsapp on the same day
5. Even one day delay in intimation of transit damage issue return will not be accepted
6. Incase of return / Mismatch issues , Customers needs to go to their nearby courier office location and courier the parcel to us, post which Product cost and return charge will be refunded.
7. Customers unable to travel to courier office and return the product incase of transit damage / mismatch are advised not to buy as we don’t have the facility to send delivery person to your location and collect. Also this is because the initial delivery charge comprises only one way delivery charge .
8. Incase of transit damage , If the product cost is less than the delivery charge , then Linga jewellery has discretion to refund the product instead of resending the product (or) Incase of mismatch issues when the product value is less than delivery charge, LINGA JEWELLERY can ask customers to courier back the parcel to us and get the amount refunded including the return charges there by not resending the product . This is because if the product value is too low , LINGA JEWELLERY cannot afford to send back the product again.
