Can we visit directly to the Shop to place orders?
1. Linga Jewellery is operating from Godown where products are not displayed and Customers are not allowed. 2. Customers in Chennai who wants to order and receive on Same day can connect with us on whatsapp and book dunzo by paying Dunzo charges additionaly
Cash on Delivery related questions?
1. Customers ordering through Cash on Delivery process will be verified through a mobile call post which orders will be dispached 2. If there is a return on COD orders due to customer fault and customer refusing to pay delivery charge, no orders will be done from that Customer from next time.This will be traced through Mobile number and Pincode combination

Quality related doubts:
1. We are not manufacturers to comment on the quality / life time of the product. 2. Being the dealers we try to bring collections at affordable prices with good quality to the extent of price paid 3. There is no Guarantee / Warantee on any of our products 4. For handmade products , please do not expect 100% perfect finishing always
