1. Call or whatsapp messages will be replied based on staff availability but it will not delayed more than 24 hours ( If its Public holiday please expect additional delay) 
2. Strictly no reselling of our products to any customers. Linga jewellery will not share our pic for reselling customers.
3. Incase if a order is taken but it is out of stock , Customers will be intimated on the next day itself and refund will be done
4. Customers are allowed to call us from 11AM to 9PM Indian time. Call is permitted only for delivery related doubts which is already ordered not for new orders. 
5. Customers who wants to communicate to us before the order of dispatch for exceptional reasons like they want to hold the parcel for sometime or any other reason , the same can be communicated through whatsapp
6. Product will be always delivered at home ( On an exceptional cases, if the delivery location is very interior Courier agency might ask to come and collect the parcel to the nearby courier location
7. Alternate mobile number is must for COD orders
8. Prepaid / COD orders cannot be cancelled once packed.

Orders will be dispatched / delivered with in the timelime given and no orders will be dispatched / delivered earlier than agreed time line based on customer urgency. If still , Customer is asking for earlier dispatch / delivery - LINGA JEWELLERY has right to cancel the order and refund as we cannot commit to a timeline which we cannot deliver.

Linga jewellery will make best efforts in bringing good quality of products, dispatching the products on time , delivering the parcel with in the timelime agreed and responding through whatsapp / call on a timely basis. But despite these efforts, If LINGA JEWELLERY feels if any customers interacts in an unpleasant way during the course of delivering the parcel , LINGA JEWELLERY has right to cancel the order and refund the amount to that customer.

COD related doubts:

For First time COD customers - Orders will not be accpeted if the value is more than 500rs or Product is more than 10. This is to avoid fake profile orders. If first time customers still ordering ignoring these restrictions, LINGA JEWELLERY has right to cancel the COD orders.

First time COD orders will be verified through mobile call post which orders will be dispatched. If we feel that the customer profile is fake , then we have right to cancel the order
